It is near the wet season, the market of silicon metal keep on dropping. Why did it happened？

In Sichuan province and Yunnan province, the wet season is coming. The supply of water and electricity takes the most advantage of the cost, the operation rate of silicon metal is also increasing. Though some raw material such as petroleum coke and silica,  the price is double than usual, the operation rate still increasing. Now due to the difference of transportation and electricity, the domestic silicon metal factories have different cost variance.
