Does silicon metal come back to produce on wet season？

  At the present，the market of silicon metal still very quiet. Although some big manufactures are rising their price，it is still difficult to increase the market price overall. It is said that when entering into wet season in south of China，the price of electricity is going down in Sichuan and Yunnan area. The productive rate of silicon metal is going to increase slightly. In the end of June，the output will have obvious increasing. The domestic and international market is hardly to become active in two months, with the increasing output but unchangeable consumption, the tendency of price is hard to tell. Even some place with high cost of electrolytic is extremely worried.

  According to the report, some factories in Sichuan are operating now. After 25 May，the price of electrolytic is going to decreasing because of the wet season，some factories are going to reproduce as schedule. But with the limitation of the market situation，some just running one or two furnace to maintain operation.

  Yunnan area is going to enter the wet season soon. With the influence of covid-19 and strictly environment inspection which come into effect in 2020，some area is going to produce in the mid of June. Two weeks lately compare to the previous years. In the end of June，the output of silicon metal will have obviously increasing.

All in all, entering wet season, Sichuan and Yunnan area manufactures will continuously the production tradition as previous years. If the market condition is unsatisfied, maybe the factories will gradually reduce the output.
