The Inquiry of Silicon Metal Increased

In the beginning of this week, the inquiry of silicon metal increased. Comparing to last week, the market is more active.

This week, the south area of factories in China is supplying Silicon Metal 553 as their main product. Majority of the factories have already signed the contract. The product schedule can be arranged until the end of this month. In addition, there is no much stock in the market for supplying.

For the market in the next season, some people think it is hard to figure out. On the one hand, the market is relied on the consuming of downstream market. However, aluminum market, polysilicon market and export market’s development direction is uncertain in the next half year of 2018. On the other hand, as the domestic resources integration and environmental protection policy developed, it is uncertain that whether in the future the market is going to be scale development together or keep on diversified competitive development.
